Dog Wash
What we do
True to our name, we maintain a state-of-the-art washing facility with six tubs to accommodate dogs of all sizes and offer many professional-grade amenities. Towels, grooming tools, ear and eye wipes, a large selection of all-natural shampoos and an industry-standard drier are available at every station. We offer both self-service and full service washing in addition to nail trims.

Nail trimming and self-service dog washes are walk-in only, no appointment is necessary, however for nail trims we do recommend that you call ahead for availability
Self Service
We believe good hygiene is important to both the health and happiness of dogs and families alike. We're pleased to provide a low-cost alternative to professional grooming that also avoids the stress and mess of home bathing. Our waist-high tubs can accommodate dogs of all sizes and eliminate kneeling, bending, wrestling and clean-up from the equation. Towels, grooming tools, ear and eye wipes, a large selection of all-natural shampoos and an industry-standard drier are available at every station. All you need to do is bring your dog in on a leash, no appointment necessary. We will assist you with getting the dog into the grooming tub if needed. Each station is equipped with an assortment of all-natural shampoos, ear and eye wipes, brushes for any coat type, tub restraints, aprons, leave-in conditioning spray, towels and an air dryer.
** When you are finished our staff will clean and disinfect the tub and tools in preparation for the next customer.

Nail Trims
We offer nail trims from our experienced staff. No appointment is necessary, but we do recommend that you call ahead to confirm availability.

Loyalty Program
We currently offer a dog wash/nail trim loyalty program that we maintain online where you can accumulate digital stamps and earn free washes and/or nail trims. Earn a stamp for each dog wash, full price nail trim, or medium/large bags of dog food purchased (many of the pet foods we carry also have frequent buyer programs). When you have accumulated 10 stamps you receive a free wash or nail trim.

Skunk Policy
Some dogs just never learn. We're here to help.
Out of courtesy to our neighboring tenants, all skunked dogs must be treated at home before entering the store, see below for recommendations.
DO NOT get a freshly skunked dog wet. Water will spread the oil around the coat and work it closer to the skin, making it much more difficult to remove.
Mix together:
- 1 quart of 3-percent hydrogen peroxide
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 teaspoon liquid dish washing soap (we find Dawn works best)
Use a rag or towel to dab it onto the affected areas and work the solution into the coat, avoiding the eyes. Allow to sit for at least 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly and then give the dog a bath.
**After your initial treatment please feel free to stop by the store, our staff will conduct a "sniff test" and those that pass must be treated with a Skunk Odor Remover (available for $12.99 + tax and great for cleaning anything else that may have skunk funk) as part of the bath. As we are unable to re-use towels from skunked dogs please bring your own, otherwise you may purchase a chamois from us. We will also provide a special shampoo specifically formulated for skunk odor removal.
